Kat Hartmann has been involved in publishing and the creative industries for more than a decade and has a particular interest in homemade crafts and the work of independent artists and craft aficionados. She has spent much of her career featuring the work of artists on her website and in well-known Australian newspapers and magazines such as Time Out Sydney. When not working as an editor and web content manager she partners with Art Gallery of NSW to hold live, interactive art events and spends her free time working on her own macramé and polymer clay projects.
