Sophie Long was one of the few chosen embroiderers who had the honor of working on the much-publicized wedding dress of Kate Middleton, for her marriage to Prince William. Since graduating with a distinction from the Royal School of Needlework, Sophie has also worked as a freelance hand embroiderer, carrying out commissions and teaching in a number of locations, including San Francisco, and on board a Swan Hellenic cruise Liner.
