Judy Wilford

Sadly, Judy Wilford passed away in 2022. Throughout her lifetime, she enjoyed working with the mediums of fabric and thread. For over 35 years she developed hand stitching techniques that combined the traditional and the contemporary; drawing on careful research, design practice, and personal sketching, painting and object-making. She exhibited regularly in the Australian Craft Show, The Bungendore Woodworks Gallery and Regional Galleries of NSW and QLD, and held several joint exhibitions. Judy also had work selected for TAFTA and Oz Quilt in the 'Australia Wide' travelling exhibitions, along with inclusion in several publications.
