Fiona Pearce started cake decorating as a hobby in 2009 when she moved to London from Sydney. While completing training in cake decorating, her cake designs became predominantly inspired by the vintage era and she found her passion lay in creating small baked treats such as cookies, cupcakes, and small celebration cakes. And teaching others how to make them. Fiona regularly runs cake decorating classes in south west London and her first book Cake Craft Made Easy, which features projects to make fintage inspired cakes, was published in 2013. Fiona creates bespike cookies, cupcakes and cakes to order through her website and also blogs about her culinary creations.
