Nguyen Le is from Lancaster,PA and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Photography from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. She currently resides in Brooklyn, NY where she creates and designs elegant and witty knitted, felted, and embroidered accessories for her line, KnitKnit. Learning to sew from her mother at a young age sparked Nguyen’s love of the process and satisfaction of creating things. Nguyen works with a variety of colours and combinations to create pieces for her business. This love of colour in knitting and creating has made her into a colour expert. Featured by the Martha Stewart Show, Interweave Felt Magazine,Knitscene Magazine,Instyle Magazine,Etsy, and on design blogs such as Design Sponge,Poppytalk,BoingBoing,and more, Nguyen’s work has been recognized nationally and internationally.
