Annette Stevenson has a wide and varied style of painting. Never having been taught formal Folk Art, her style is relaxed and casual. Her willingness to always be looking for a new challenge or idea has kept some of her students returning to classes year after year. Her passion is obviously teddy bears. With a collection of about 400 little and big, new and very old friends to draw her attention, she never lacks for inspiration. Roses are a close second favourite, and you can see many of her bears adorned with her soft style of rose. Annette travels extensively throughout Australia and overseas conducting workshops on how to paint her cute little bears.
